Kenneth J. Landgraf
As Principal and Founder, Kenny Landgraf started Kenjol Capital Management in 2001 and has grown the company to nearly $60M in assets under management in nine years. Under Kenny’s leadership, the firm focuses on providing active wealth management strategies to high net-worth clients. Kenny serves as the firm’s President and Chief Investment Officer, overseeing the firm’s internal investment programs. As a Kenjol spokesperson, Kenny has appeared on CNBC and has been interviewed and quoted by national media including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Radio, TheStreet.com, CNNMoney.com, and SmartMoney magazine. Kenny is also a charter member of Kingdom Advisors (www.kingdomadvisors.org).
Previously, Kenny was the vice president and a minority owner at Capital Cities Asset Management, where he was instrumental in growing the firm’s assets from $7M in 1995 to almost $120M in assets under management by spring 2001. With his strong background in technology, Kenny played a key role in developing and implementing the firm’s operational infrastructure. In addition, he acted as the liaison to major financial institutions and to the firm’s over 300 family groups. Prior to Capital Cities, Kenny held senior software development positions with several Fortune 500 companies including Pennzoil and Tenneco Gas (now El Paso).
Kenny attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville on an athletic scholarship, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree with High Honors in Business Administration. While there, he developed an interest in the wealth management field as a result of his studies and his mentor relationships with active investors. He began investing personally in the mid-80’s and became especially interested in dynamic strategies using sector funds, which are still a part of his investment strategy today.
Outside of Kenjol, Kenny enjoys spending time outdoors and hobbies include snow skiing and boating on Lake Travis. A favorite recent trip involved skiing in Whistler and he also enjoys traveling to Santa Monica, San Francisco and the British Virgin Islands. Kenny is an active member of Lake Hills Church in Austin.
David Levy serves as Portfolio Manager with Kenjol Capital Management. He is responsible for researching and analyzing investment opportunities, executing trades, and directing IPO participation on behalf of clients. In addition, David is involved in gaining new clients as well as maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships. His responsibilities also include supervising the firm’s custodial relationship with Fidelity Investments. As a Kenjol spokesperson, David has been interviewed and quoted by CNNMoney.com, Kiplinger’s and Bloomberg Radio on issues as diverse as 401k investing and interpreting daily market action.
Prior to joining Kenjol Capital Management in 2005, David interned with Wells Fargo Investments where he performed financial investment research and analysis. He is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner designation.
David attended The University of Texas at Austin, graduating with Honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He was the Risk Management Chairman of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity and participated in the Caravan for Democracy program through Jewish National Fund.
David is currently a member of Austin's Young Men's Business League. He has served in a leadership capacity for fundraising events including the Bun Run. David was selected to participate in, and recently graduated from, the initial J-Lead class of 2009-2010, a Jewish leadership development program. He also remains an active participant at Congregation Agudath Jacob in his hometown of Waco, Texas.
David participates in baseball, water sports, and snow skiing and is an avid sports spectator, closely following the Texas Longhorns. David also enjoys playing the violin and traveling throughout the United States and Europe.
Patrick T. Moore
As a senior financial advisor, Pat is responsible for working directly with Kenjol Capital Management clients to formulate solutions, deliver services, and ensure the proper level of care necessary to meet each client’s unique needs. In his role as managing director, Pat handles the business operations for Kenjol Capital Management’s regional office in the Tulsa area.
Pat joined Kenjol Capital Management as a financial advisor after a 25-year career as a consultant, people coach and private investor. His career has been marked by a common overarching theme – the passion for helping people succeed.
Pat is an ardent community advocate and volunteer. He currently serves as executive director of Good $ense, a personal finance ministry designed to help people transform financial struggles into life-changing financial health and freedom. He also has served on numerous governmental committees to promote regional economic development. Pat is intimately involved with youth baseball and softball programs. He is past president of the Washington County Youth Baseball/Softball organization. A long-time baseball and softball coach, Pat has also served as a volunteer assistant coach for Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
Pat attended Texas Tech University, receiving with Honors a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration. While at Texas Tech, Pat was a four-year letterman and team captain of the baseball team.
Pat is active in his church community, Grace Community Church, where he teaches adult and youth classes. His family includes his wife of 27 years, Rene and their two children – Josh, age 15 and Kasey, age 13.
